Our next give it a go session at Penlan is on Tuesday the 6th of August<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Please arrive with time to get changed, we will be <\/b>allowed on poolside at 2.30pm<\/span>, the session will end just before 3.30pm. There are lockers available at the pool. It is important that all participants listen to our instructors to ensure everyone’s safety during the session.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hannah will be in the reception area until around 2.25pm, if you arrive later please meet on pool side and let one of our volunteers know you\u2019re here.<\/p>\n

We encourage you to use the seating available poolside to watch the session.<\/p>\n

You will have received a message to confirm your attendance, if you are not sure please message us on Facebook<\/a> or Whatsapp<\/a> (01792823488).<\/p>\n

Sunday the 25th\u00a0–<\/b> FREE – Penlan<\/b> Leisure Centre – <\/b>Ideal second session.<\/p>

Every Thursday at Pontardawe<\/b> Swimming Pool (\u00a38 per person) – FINAL session Thursday 29th August.<\/p>

Every Sunday (apart from 25th) at North Dock<\/b>, Llanelli.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you like it and want to carry on, you can attend 3 sessions before you’ll need to become a member of the club.<\/p>\n

Our regular sessions cost \u00a38\/10 and are held indoors at Penlan<\/b> Leisure Centre, Ystradgynlais<\/b> Sports Centre, Pontardawe<\/b> Swimming Pool, Amman<\/b> Valley<\/b> Leisure Centre and outdoors at North<\/b> Dock<\/b> and on the River<\/b> Tawe<\/b>.<\/p>\n

For under 18s membership costs \u00a335\/year. If you compete with the club it\u2019s an additional \u00a328\/year for Canoe Wales insurance. <\/p>\n
